Chunk Rewards Explained: Earn Points and Get Money Off Fudge
What is Chunk Rewards?
Chunk Rewards is the free Chunk Fudge loyalty programme. Members earn points and exchange available rewards for money off future orders. Join or review the details on the official Chunk Rewards page.
A loyalty programme is useful when it is easy to understand: join, earn points and redeem them. Chunk Rewards also includes a refer-a-friend benefit, giving customers more than one way to save.
How many points can you earn?
- 5 points for every £1 spent on eligible orders.
- 200 points for creating a Chunk Rewards account.
- 300 points after placing your first order.
- 100 points for subscribing to the newsletter.
- 125 points for each eligible listed social-media action.
The available actions and values are shown inside the rewards area. Make sure you use the same account when completing activities and ordering so the points are associated correctly.
How to redeem Chunk Rewards points
- Log in through the Chunk Fudge customer account.
- Open the Chunk Rewards area and check your balance.
- Choose an available money-off reward once you have enough points.
- Follow the redemption instructions and confirm the discount at checkout.
Does Chunk Rewards give a first-order discount?
Joining Chunk Rewards provides 200 signup points, and a further 300 points are awarded after the first order. This is different from the 10% first-order referral saving, which is available to eligible new customers through an existing customer’s Chunk Friend link.

Refer a friend through Chunk Rewards
Existing members can find a unique referral link in their account. An eligible new customer receives 10% off their first order through the link. After the qualifying purchase, the referring member receives 10% off their next order.
Can rewards be used with a promo code?
A redeemed rewards voucher is a checkout discount. Whether it can be combined with a promo code, referral saving or another discount depends on the terms and the combinations enabled at checkout.
Automatic bundle savings and free shipping may be handled differently from typed codes, so the final basket is the most reliable confirmation.
